The chicken is cooked in olive oil and seasoned with favorite spices. Again, always add tumeric and no table salt. Instead, use pink Himalayan sea salt.
Heat the frozen package of Quinoa and Kale mix, add together and you are done. Delicious, healthy meal in under 15 minutes.
Note: this does contain milk and cheese, but should not have the same side effects as drinking pure milk.
