Healthy version of Mole In The Hole. Includes avocado 🥑, egg 🍳, broccoli sprouts, gluten free bread 🍞, and butter/olive oil or any other spread. Let me know what you think!
Directions:
First: Preheat griddle or pan to med/low heat. Then get your bread out and cut the hole in the center with a cookie cutter or spoon.
Second: spread your butter or other option lightly over the tops of the bread and cutout pieces if you are planning to eat those.
Third: once bread is on griddle or in pan crack egg and place in center. It's ok if it overflows. Salt and pepper it.
Fourth: you'll want to flip the entire piece of bread and egg over at some point. Cook the eggs to your preference. I like mine a little runny, but the whites need to be all the way done for me.
Fifth: once your eggs are done put them on a plate, spread avocado on each piece and place some broccoli sprouts on top.
